Pricing Specialist

I am an expert on how companies should establish and manage the prices of their products and solutions, in order to achieve their sales and profit objectives. Alternating between operational and consulting positions has enabled me to get a strategic yet operational background on subject such as commercial performance and pricing. In my experience, companies in the food and natural ingredients sector have three main pricing challenges in this sector: managing cost volatility, price on value added, maintaining consistency across the group. These objectives are difficult to achieve when selling mainly solutions rather than products.
